Could this be the end of time for Hon. Femi Oyesile, The Ward C Councillor?

Hon. Femi Oyesile was elected and later inaugurated to the legislative arm of Kosofe LG on July 25, 2021 under the ruling party,APC. He emerged unscathed from the party primaries that have the likes of  Hon. Olawale Rasak Olalekan a.k.a ORO, Ismail Olusegun Apena, Itunu Ogunleye and so on. Since he assumed office 3years ago, the ifako/gbagada residents seems not to be happy with his representation as he's reported to be so distant from his people with no verifiable project to his credit.



As we're approaching another LGA election cycle which is coming up next year, parties will be gearing up to field elegible candidates for chairmanship and councillorship positions. In Ward C, Hon. Olawale Rasak Olalekan a.k.a ORO has indicated interest to wrestle power from the Incumbent Councillor. He's the special adviser on media and publicity to the Honourable member of House of Reps, Kosofe Federal Constituency, Alhaja Kafilat Adetola Ogbara. He has a wealth of experience on grassroot politics and youths mobilization. From his detailed resume, it can be seen that he has undergone some projects within his wards without holding any elective or appointive office prior to his attachment with the kosofe lawmaker.




Can Femi Oyesile survive this ocean tide without favoritism from leaders? Can ORO defeat the incumbent in an open contest? Who will eventually emerge as the party's flagbearer? I guess only time shall tell.....

More aspirants are expected to join the race as time goes on, just as the popular saying reads "The More, The Merrier....."
