Baruwa Sulaimon, Ward "F" Ojota tops the list of performance index ranking amongst Kosofe LGA Councillors

As the Kosofe LGA councillors have been in office for 3years and 7 years respectively, Questionaires were handed over to most of the constituents to rate their councillors on their performance. The parameters used are as follows;

* Project facilitation and execution 50%.

* Interpersonal relations with the constituents 20%.

* Accessibility 10%.

* Human personal development of the constituents(poverty alleviation programs,skill-acquisition programs,empowerment programs e.t.c) 10%.

* Behavioral pattern 10%.

TOTAL: 100%

Going by the feedbacks from the constituents, Here is the performance index ranking by percentages of the 7 councillors from Kosofe LGA in a descending order;

1. Baruwa Sulaimon Olalekan, Ward "F" Ojota, having served for 3years garnered 70%.

2. Oluloro Idowu, Ward "D" Anthony, with 7years experience and being the leader of the kosofe legislative arm polled  50%.

3. Adebare Olalekan, Ward "G" Ogudu, with 3years experience as councillor garnered 45%.

4. Saliu Raheem Kehinde, Ward "B" Orile-Oworo, with 7years cognate experience on the job has 40%.

5. Oyesile Femi, Ward "C" Ifako/Gbagada, having spent 3years in office polled 25%.

6. Oshijinrin Hakeem Ashafa, Ward "E" Mende, with 3years experience garnered 20%

7. Omofojoye Adewale Sunday, Ward "A" Oworonsoki, who has spent 7years at the position polled the least performance with 15%.

From the ranking above, it shows that only Ward F Councillor merits a 2nd tenure in office. In magnanimity, Ward G Councillor can be consider through a waiver, being a first time councillor. Meanwhile, Ward C and E Councillors performed poorly and doesn't deserve a re-election.

Moreso, out of the outgoing councillors, The leader of the legislative arm and Ward D Councillor performed averagely while his counterparts from Ward A & B performed below average. The dismal performance of Ward A Councillor can be attributed to his ghost-mode personality, dissociating himself from the ward and it's constituents while Ward B Councillor has been constructing an unending borehole project at ibadan street for donkey years now.

MOSCHINOBLOG hereby wishes all the aspirants "Best of Luck"
