Oworonsoki youths creates whatsapp forum, pushes for more appointive positions

Oworonsoki is a semi-urban settlement that connects the lagos mainland to lagos island. It is surrounded by water bodies and has a population of more than 100,000 people. it's worthy of note that oworonsoki contributes the largest chunk of electoral votes that kosofe LG garners in any election cycle but the gains doesn't commensurate with the efforts expended before,during and after general election. The town is plaqued with under-development and lack of basic social amenities that makes life comfortable. it has only one functioning bank, with 2 others that is still under locks and keys as we speak. There's no proper market in oworo and the roads are in a deplorable condition. Ganiyu Oyebanjo is a well-known grassroot politician in Ward D Anthony and Kosofe LG at large. He has served in different capacity at the council, latest been the Special adviser to the current kosofe council chair. At the moment, there's a bad blood between him and his boss as he was alleged to be the brain behind "kosofe headline", a facebook page that has been reportedly disparaging the administration of the council chair,in which he is partaker(Reference: Oluwaseun Salami). Kafilat Adetola OGBARA The honourable member representing kosofe federal constituency at the house of reps, Kafilat Ogbara is fast losing her grip on the constituency, owing to the presidential palliatives saga and her ghost mode nature in the constituency, which contradicts her vibrancy and tenacity at the lower chamber of the national assembly. The legislator came to limelight in 2023, succeeding her predecessor, Hon. Rotimi Ojo Agunsoye a.k.a R.O.T, after her unsuccessful attempts at the house of rep ticket while at the opposition party, PDP since 2007.   Moyosore Adedoyin OGUNLEWE Fate has smiled on The Executive Chairman of  Kosofe LG, Moyo Ogunlewe since he joined the ruling party in May 2019 after his misadventure at the opposition party, PDP for many years.
