 It is no longer a news that kosofe LGA sponsored it's supervisory councillors on a political jamboree and sight-seeing adventure disguised as "Training" to dublin, Ireland. The Attendees recently arrived the country with a picture showing them inside the airplane as they are returning but there are no pictures of the supposed training on governance and administration they claimed to have acquired. The 7 elected ward councillors of Kosofe LGA went to the same dublin last year, in which Ward F Councillor, Baruwa Olalekan Suleiman is the only councillor that we can see to have applied the training practically(if any) from the trip.  In as much as the trip of the elected councillor can be justified,being elected officials of the LGA,with the inclusion of the council chairman, The jamboree adventure of the supervisory councillors is unlawful owing to the fact that they are appointed officials of the LGA that aren't backed by the Local Government Admimistration Laws of 199...

 Orile-Oworo will be going to poll very soon to elect a successor for the outgoing councillor next year, and this has prompted some aspirants to show interest in the position from the ruling APC party, in which one of them will be at the centre of discussion in this article. Prince Dayo Farid Saliu was born and bred in oworonsoki from the oloruntoyin saliu ruling house. He attended gulf flower high school in oworonsoki and had his university degree from NOUN, having studied civil and mechanical engineering. He once worked for christ church  council in New Zealand. He is also happily married. He is vying for the councillorship position to improve on the development of oworonsoki community through his expertise and great interpersonal relations skill. He will be relying on the good people of ward b orile-oworo and the leaders of the party to embrace his aspiration and support him to clinching the party's ticket. Moreso, he is savvy academically, having bagged degrees in business administration and health/social care management. Electioneering campaign is here again in ikosi-isheri LCDA as the imcumbent chairman will be seeking a re-election, that has generated unresolved arguments on her eligibility to re-contest, having expended the tenure of the late former chairman, abdulfatai oyesanya. Some aspirants have indicated their interest to slug it out with the incumbent at the APC primaries. here are the names and descriptions of the aspirants in no particular order; 1.   Olayinka Rabiu a.k.a Whytee As the race to 2025 LG election draws near, many aspirants have shown interests in chairmanship and councillorship positions in Kosofe LG. It's not a news that the incumbent chairman, moyo ogunlewe will be vying for a 2nd term, owing to his achievements and performance in office.
